This page presents all terms and conditions governing use of the flac platform. By registering, logging in, or using any flac service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Transparency is at the core of everything flac does. That's why we communicate in plain, straightforward language instead of complex legal jargon. If anything is unclear, our support team is always on hand to help.

Each individual may register only one account on flac. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Whether the original deposited funds are returned will be at flac's discretion.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
• flac may investigate any account showing suspicious activity.

To participate at flac, members must be 18 years of age or older. Date of birth is required at registration, and age is verified during the KYC process via NID or Passport.

• Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account.
• If age verification fails, the account will be temporarily suspended.
• Parents and guardians are urged to remain vigilant in preventing minors from accessing the platform.

Deposits can be made via flac's supported payment methods — currently Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• No hidden fees on deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions may be investigated.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• flac reserves the right to suspend transactions if money laundering is suspected.

All bonuses and promotional offers at flac are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and applicable games.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Withdrawing before completing a bonus's wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation will result in account suspension.
• flac reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

All bets placed at flac are considered final once confirmed. Bet outcomes are determined based on internationally recognised sporting results. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20.
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time window.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all pre-match bet stakes will be refunded.
• Live odds apply for in-play bets.

In accumulator (multi-bet) wagers, if one leg is void, the bet will be settled at the remaining odds excluding that leg. All legs must win — losing any single leg results in the entire accumulator being lost.

Flac follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to prevent money laundering and protect its members. KYC documents may be required upon request or when certain thresholds are exceeded.

• KYC is mandatory before your first major withdrawal.

Flac's website, app, logo, designs, code, and all content are the intellectual property of flac. Copying, redistributing, or using any part for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Viewing and downloading content for personal use is permitted.
• Game software is owned by licensed third-party providers.
• flac's brand name and logo may not be used without prior permission.

Members may close their account at any time. To do so, withdraw any remaining real-money balance first, then submit a closure request through Support or your Account Settings.

• In cases of providing false information or identity fraud.
• For operating multiple accounts.
• In cases of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• On suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• If there is evidence of account use by a minor.

Accounts closed for valid reasons will have original funds returned, though bonuses may be forfeited.
